CLIMATE AND CONDITIONS OF HARVEST
Climate: During the season, temperatures in Colchagua were those of a normal year. Registration of ice during the spring, totally unexpected, fortunately did not affect red varieties from The Basque.
Harvest: Rose This wine comes from grapes grown on the property of Peralillo. Harvesting is done then you have determined the appropriate technical maturity of the grapes. While receiving the grapes at the winery, they are strictly selected and picked by hand 100%
WINE AND AGING
Yield: 8 Ton / Ha
Vinification: Once destemmed, the grapes are transported to stainless steel vats for maceration process in which the skin of grapes and juice remain in contact for a period not exceeding 8 hours. This step is key as the product of this contact, the skin provides the necessary color and distinctive wine Rose. Coloured and juice separated from the skins and fermented at a temperature between 12 º C and 16 º C.
Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel temperature controlled using selected yeasts.

This wine has a bright pink color. Its aromas are mixed red fruits like strawberries, cherries and raspberries. The palate is a pleasant freshness, balanced acidity and good volume.
It is a wine to be drunk young as an aperitif and with all kinds of fresh dishes and light dressings and even some fruit desserts. Cold Drink between 10 º C and 12 º C.
